The much anticipated film of the year, Quentin Tarantino‘s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, finally released a teaser trailer! This is the story of a one time big star, Leonardo DiCaprio, and his longtime stunt double, Brad Pitt, struggling to make sense of Hollywood of 1969. That year was the summer of Manson and his family’s viscous murderous spree.

The cast of “thousands” is staggering and made up of more names than we can even mention here but we will try. Starting with Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt as a fictitious characters — an actor and his stunt double — Margot Robbie as Sharon Tate; Dakota Fanning as Lynette (Squeaky) Fromme from the Family; Al Pacino; Luke Perry; Damian Lewis as Steve McQueen; Emile Hirsch as Jay Sebring; Tim Roth; Lena Dunham plays Family member Gypsy; Timothy Olyphant; Michael Madsen; Kurt Russell; James Madsen; Damian Harriman as Charlie; Scott McNairy; Maya Hawk; Austin Butler as Family member and murderer Charles Tex Watson; Bruce Dern as George Spahn the owner of the Spahn ranch; Rumer Willis; Margaret Qualley; Lorenza Izzo; Julia Butler; Dreama Wallker as pop singer Connie Stevens; Victoria Pedretti plays Leslie Van Houten, a Family member convicted of murder; Mike Moh plays Bruce Lee; Costa Ronin plays the murdered Voytek Frykowski; James Remar; Lew Temple and Madsion Beaty plays convicted Family member and murderer Patricia Krenwinkel; and Abigail Folger, who was murdered, is played by Samantha Robinson; Rafal Zawierucha is cast as Roman Polanski; and Rachel Redleaf as Mama Cass to name a few.

Whew, Tarantino is so much fun and we are sure creepy and gory in his tale of the dark side of Hollywood infecting the red carpets and glorious lives of the famous with absolute terror.
