MONEY HEIST’S FINAL SEASON
Our Favorite Characters + Anarchists

Well, PROVOKRs, another series, is coming to an end. One of the hottest Spanish shows, Money Heist, will air its final episodes on Netflix. Part one drops on September 3, and part two arrives on the streaming platform on December 3.
To commemorate the ending of this genuinely wild, captivating series, we’re looking at all of the characters (most of them named after major cities) who will make the last season the best season.
THE PROFESSOR
First, we have the mastermind behind it all: The Professor (Álvaro Morte). At first, The Professor was only supposed to be the narrator of the series, but the writers and creators put him on screen. However, don’t let his shy demeanor fool you — he is a total villain.

TOKYO
Úrsula Corberó plays Tokyo with a fervent passion. Throughout the series, we’ve gotten to know Tokyo as our de facto protagonist. Tokyo was an incredible lead for Money Heist. We will miss her ability to kick ass and be vulnerable at the same time.

RIO
Ah, yes, Rio. We love a hot nerd. Miguel Herrán portrays the naive hacker who always seems to be the catalyst for a lot of problems. Rio was almost being dropped from the group, but he remained with the cast — though not with Tokyo after what happened at the Royal Mint.

BOGOTA
Bogatá (Hovik Keuchkerian) joined the team in part three to carry out the robbery at the Bank of Spain. He is such a guys’ guy, which is why we love him. We will never forget how he stayed next to Nairobi after she underwent surgery. Now that is being a man.

NAIROBI
Nairobi’s spirit carries them through. Nairobi is widely considered the favorite character of the series. Her compelling backstory, coupled with her fierce attitude, made her a thrill to watch. Even though she won’t be in season five, she will be there in spirit.

DENVER
Denver (Jaime Lorente) has never really owned the spotlight on Money Heist, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have anything to add. His hot-headed attitude is only tempered by his relationship with his father and a few women along the way.

HELSINKI
One look at Helsinki (Darko Perić), and you understand why he is in charge of hostages. His tough exterior gives way to a softer center. As one of the gay characters, he falls in love with a crewmate who did not return his feelings. We have a feeling this will play into the final season.

LISBON
Lisbon (tziar Ituño) has had the best development of any character. Her cop-turned-thief storyline is compelling. Not to mention her relationship with The Professor is hot. She is an undeniable force.

STOCKHOLM
Also part of the cop group, Stockholm (Esther Acebo) was a hostage in season 1. But after falling in love with Denver, she decided to join the robbers. Her quick wit and maternal instincts make her a force to be reckoned with.

ARTURO
No heist show would be complete without a force working against the group. That’s Arturo (Enrique Arce). His ability to infiltrate the group is impressive, and his charismatic swagger is deadly. We can’t wait to see what he has in store for the last season.
